Let’s face it, we’ve all been there. You come home after an impromptu shopping spree at ULTA, Sephora, or any of your favorite beauty retailers and realize that half the products you had purchased won’t work for your skin type. Thankfully, the store has a solid return policy; but what happens when you bring the products back? Well, a ULTA employee has finally revealed the answer, all in TikTok form.

Bianca Ann Levinson, who posts under @biancaann5 on TikTok, went viral this week after revealing exactly how ULTA handles returns. While the store is happy to oblige by their return policy, they don’t resell items that have been brought back.
