I’m by no means a chef. I dabble here and there with some recipes my mom and grandma patiently dictate to me through the phone, or that I find via Pinterest, but that’s about it. However, like everyone else during quarantine, I decided to get creative in the kitchen. No, I did not make banana bread.

What I did make though, was a series of dishes that I sadly got tired of after the one month mark. After the two-month in-doors mark passed, and I stared at the dishes in my tiny kitchen sink and the leftovers in my fridge, I announced to no one in particular that cooking stopped being fun.
