Tierra Whack dresses like her music: bold, versatile and unconventional. Considering that her debut project Whack World rejected a typical album structure by having 15 one-minute songs, it comes as no surprise that her style rejects all stereotypes of female rappers dressing in tight-fitted and ultra-feminine attire. She achieves this with the help of her stylist, Shirly Kurata, who works to build relationships with some of the most talented emerging designers across the world.

The recent graduate based in Stockholm, graduating with her master’s in fashion design in 2018, first worked with Tierra for a Fader cover story (with Tess Herbert as the stylist).
