Model and activist Munroe Bergdorf has a comprehensive plan for the beauty industry to change. 

On July 8, Munroe unveiled a seven-step “advice” plane for the beauty world, so the change they’ve been promising for years can finally come to fruition and manifest in actual actions, via British Vogue. “A lot of the issues I have spoken about throughout my career have been met with significant resistance and at times, international outrage,” Munroe said in her letter. “But progress is uncomfortable, especially when you have become accustomed to ‘social privileges’ or thinking that something isn’t a problem because it isn’t your problem, personally.”
