Clothing company & Other Stories has come under scrutiny after a photograph of upcoming products shared internally with staff included a beanie hat named using a racial slur — CNN reported on August 5.

The hat, which has now been canceled, was uploaded for a product overview. Employees at the company have reportedly filed complaints, prompting a company-wide apology and internal investigation of incident.
